For 2 above, which file are you referring to that I need to edit? I have looked in default.aspx and I see this line FolderPath = ''meetpics/'' - is this the line I need to modify? Please clarify.

Dynamic announcement is not supported. If you want to pass the dynamic message to Cute Chat, please check the code of CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat\ChatAdmin\Config.aspx.
