Andy,   Custom buttons are not supported in the HTML view in the current version.      

Have you replace the satellite assemblies with new assemblies in the version 2.1.1474.25472?   We just fixed some translations based on client's feedbacks and recompiled the control in version 2.1.1474.25472.

Can someone point me to where I can learn about how to start using this control in my webpage.  I have read the documentation that I downloaded and don't see any of this information.  How to include the control in my webpage, how to customize the the toolbar, those kinds of things.   Thanks, Barry

Thanks, it was the custom themes folder that was missing and casuing the problem, sorry just me cleaning up unused files!
