  • Re: Document selection does not work in Firefox 2.x

I am not sure...yes, looks like your end it works. I will see if its something to do with the OS or service pack upgrade. Anyway here is the code from the sample page....to see if there is anything wrong in this....   <HTML>  <HEAD>   <title>ASP and ASP.NET WYSIWYG Editor - Use CuteEditor as a document ...

  • Re: Upgraded .NET 1.1 to 3.5 and now Cute Editor does not load

I done as suggested and downloaded the control for the 3rd time; this time when I updated the control from scratch and ran my project it worked first time. I hasten to add that I had already been using the DLL and the associated CuteEdit scripts folder on my previous attempts; so I dont know why it worked this time around but happy to say it ...

  • Re: onfocus event handler

Does that work with my version?  It's version 5.2, and not in my documentation.   In the interest of derailing my own thread, I also have the problem of needing to have about 6 different instances of the editor on a single page.  They all work, but loading the page can take quite a while.  I've seen the example for ...

  • Re: forbidden error while accessing the Chat Admin link?

I think it is 4.0 version.   I down loaded Application from http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/chat_current_releases/entry21915.aspx URL.   It is working fine if I use only your database. CuteChat.ChatWebUtility.CurrentIdentityIsAdministrator is returning true.   I am using my own users table and connecting to my ...

  • Re: hrefs with javascript calls seem to interfere with Cute Editor

Well, I hacked out a solution.  This is almost certainly overkill, so I'd appreciate it if anyone has a better solution.  In our case, we have links like ...href=jav ascr ipt: doSomething() in the page.  These seem to break the Cute Editor if clicked before the Editor is used (see explanation in my previous post).  Worse, ...

  • Re: how to upload cutechat on my web server

The instructions don't tell much on how to do this.  I uploaded the contents of the ''Web'' folder to my server in a root folder called ''/chat2/, and had the host run the sql scripts, and create a virtual directory pointing to /chat2.  I can't find any documentation anywhere that tells where all I need to adjust the ...

  • Re: Error Running Insert Image

Yes, every time The ASP code tries to do a  Response.Expires = -1 , it fails. I had to move that to the top of each ASP page. Why would that be a problem for me and no one else? No i have no single quotes in any of my image names or paths. There are no includes to other ASP scripts included before this one either.

  • Re: Doubling of style="" Attribute when using XHTML Output = "true"

Did as you asked and still no change.  Deleted all files under the Scripts folder, downloaded the .zip file from my original email, and extracted the contents of the Scripts folder into the old Scripts folder.  Still the same problem.   I must have an old link.  Please email me the new link at ...
