After some troubleshooting, I realized that this error is not caused by the version of the .NET Framework. It occurs if cuteeditor is run from a sub folder within the virtual directory. Ok, I finally figured it out on my own.It appears that you must name the virtual directory in IISwith the same name as the folder containing the cuteeditorinstallation files.
