Hi,   I think the cutechat get error while log the message again.   Please use this at web.config,   <appSettings> <add key=''CuteChat.EnableErrorLog'' value=''True''> </appSettings> And then check what happens in the ~/Errors folder.   Regards, Terry

We are getting error when converting from HTML to RTF...Index was out of range.... We cannot convert tables in HTML page to RTF.  We also loose some of the formatting i.e. fonts, bolds, para alignment, bullet points on conversion.   Please help!
