We are having the same problem. The site in question has a Portal folder size of 178 Megs.  I changed the Site folder size to 200 Megs but I still get the error.  I changed the Host default folder size and still get the error.  Can anyone tell me when the 100 Meg limit is being set?

Turns out that this is actually a fault on our server - when CuteChat requests /ChatAjax.ashx - Our server is returning an error which in turn is causing this ''no element found'' error. Thanks for your help anyway! Soen
