The parameter is incorrect

I get a 'The parameter is incorrect' error when launching the image upload and other similar popup, anyone know what the issue may be? Thanks in advance.

Scott, Can you use FTP upload the above DLL? Or just delete the ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll and try again?
