Error apears in IE 8.But it doesn't work in multiple browsers FF & Chrome. I've asked the customer to reset the settings. But as said above, it seems to be a cross browser problem. Isn't the error saying anything?

rubendevries,   It's a known issue. It's caused by chrome limitation. We don't have the solution to this issue.
