I had the same error a wile back. You can fix it by clicking on the folder and going to the Properties.  on the Directory tab click on Create button and make sure you select the correct datapool version (ASP 2.0) to run the application.   Hope this helps.   Thanks Yaco Zaragoza

Please use your official license file on localhost. The official license will not expire. Whenever you get the license expired error message, it means you are using the temp license file on your server. Hope it helps. Keep me posted
