Where can i found the mini file ...

how can i have an access to the mini file editor. i can just select the files in the upload folder that's all . and i would like users able to publish their own pictures... i did not found the mini file thank's for your answer if someone can help

The FilePost.asp is not translated. In upload.asp change the size for test to 35(type=''file'' name=''test'' size=''35'' )
