  • Re: Use <br> instead of <div> and no CSS preview

Hey Adam.   Thanks, I got it. It's nut just enough to add the css to the file I assigned to CuteEditor. The styles also must be stored in the default.css file to become effective.   By the way an additional question: do you know the name of the CSS class defining the default text in the editor box?   Thanks and regards, Mark

  • Re: Any way to force the use of #-colors instead of named colors?

Thank you for the reply, however that wasn't my question...   I've narrowed it down a bit... hopefully this will help.  When I click on the ''color'' button without using the drop-down to select a color (i.e. red by default), the style applied is 'red' (i.e. named color), not '#FF0000' (numeric).  After I select the ...

  • Re: Unable to use different styles for 2 CuteEditors on one single page ?

Is that going to change in the nearby future ?   I have this color picker which let's the user select colors for the website. After that, they enter some text, but depending on the color they choose, the text in one CE might be white. I then need to set the background of this CE the same as the color they choose before.   However, ...

  • Always Use Display Name - Never UserName

I'm testing Cute Chat to see if I want to buy it for my websites. I've incorporated Cute Chat into an asp.net membership website. However, I NEVER want the users to see the Username since this is used for login to the website. Is there a way to always prompt for a Display Name when entering a chat room and ALWAYS use THAT in the chat rooms - ...

Hi,   I'm finishing the design of a DLL that will make use of a Html Editor and am currently evaluating CuteEditor (our first choice).   I came into a problem that maybe somenone can easily help me. • Can you use a actual directory path for the editor.filespath setting?

I have a number of sites on the same server that all need to use the editor so I am wanting to use one shared install and set the editor.filespath to something like:   editor.filespath = ''D:\web\common\cuteeditor_files''   Would this work? Or is there another way to accomplish this goal of not having to install the cuteeditor files ...
