If you login as admin, it will not do anything for you.   Try login as a regular user.

I am just trying to figure out how to refresh contact list. I was able to update the table from the website. Or is there another way to add user to contact page without using the build in function that comes with cute chat?

Please check the following line:   isAdmin = System.Web.Security.Roles.Providers[''AspNetSqlRoleProviderLiveSupport''].IsUserInRole(user.UserName, ''Admin'');   Will it work if you just return true?   isAdmin = true;   Keep me posted
