Hello,
I’m using .NET 1.1 and I’m trying to upgrade CuteEditor from 5 to 6 version. I have an issue with that.
I upgraded the filepath from filepath=''/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor'' to <addkey=''CuteEditorDefaultFilesPath''value=''~/../CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor''/> web.config. I can’t use a virtual directory ...

The upgrade is great -- we're seeing much faster load times. But now we're having trouble with HTML entities, Unicode, greek letters, etc.
We enter & # 9 4 6 ; (no spaces) into the HTML view, then switch back to normal view. The lowercase beta (β) displays fine. Click HTML view again, there's ...

Hi afroblanco,
Software is never 'finished', there is always room for improvement and bugs to fix. CuteEditor is reasonably stable in 98% of scenarios. If Adam decided that was it, and not to release any more updates he'd quickly loose customers.
If you are currently using 5.3 then this is already a worthwhile upgrade, ...

Hi,
We're trying to keep on top of changes, but only want to upgrade when it makes sense for us to do so.. I see there's a new version at http://cutesoft.net/Downloads/default.aspx dated 7/5/07, yet the Change Log at http://cutesoft.net/forums/thread/30855.aspx only describes changes for 6/18 and 6/21. It would really help us ...

The ''data replacement fields'' have been denoted by: <name>, <date_long> etc. This has worked extremely well!
I just purchased CS and tried to ...

I have installed ver6.0, and replaced the ver6.0 license file with the purchased ''redistribution'' ver5.3 license file. And I received the following error message,
''Access to the path 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\bin\CuteEditor.lic' is ...

It's ok, our programmer already helped me install it, but I have to upgrade my hosting to have ms sql 2000 database. They still couldn't figure out how to install it with ms access.
But I have a different problem now. Now that it is installed on our website, I cannot run the live operator on my pc. I already posted it in another post, but ...

I am tying to reduce my workload by providing one admin site that can be used to maintain many websites.
This way every time I do an upgrade (happens daily) I am only updating one site instead of 50.
To do this I need users to access the images and style sheets on their own sites. All these sites are on one server so I can get ...

Hello
I am in the process of moving from 4.0+ to 5.1 - It has taken me 2 hours to discover why:
editor.Template= ''spell,Bold,Italic...''
fails in version 5.1
Thanks to this post (http://www.cutesoft.net/forums/14306/ShowPost.aspx) I now know to use:
editor.TemplateItemList= ''spell,Bold,Italic...'' ...
... 57 ...
