I noticed that the community server .dlls in the /bin folder are way out of date, maybe you didn't compile against the 2.0 RTM .dlls? and yes I downloaded the ''Cute Editor Wraper for Community Server 2.0''

File specified in the dnn could not be found in the zip file: DotNetGallery.dll 3. Have you copied the dotnetgallery.lic and dotnetgallery.dll to your dotnetnuke bin folder??

In asp.net, all DLLs need to be put into the bin folder of the application. You cannot change it.
