Dan,   Not yet.   Have you copied the CuteChatControls.dll into the bin folder as well?   If yes, is your site online so you can send your site FTP information to me?    

I put the CuteEditor.dll in the ''rootdirectory/bin''.  There is no /bin under khooper.

Create a bin folder under ''~/External/CusteSoft_Client/CuteEditor''.   And copy CuteEditor.dll into this folder.   That should resolve your problem.

Cool.  It appears to be fixed! I downloaded the package and reuploaded the files from the ''bin'' folder and the files from the ''CuteSoft_Client>CuteSoft'' folder (but not all the sub folders...just the XML sub folder).

Try create a bin folder under C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/CommonLibrary/CuteEditor/ and copy the CuteEditor.dll over.    

Deploy license file: Copy license file to the web application's ''bin'' folder.
