• Re: SSL Trust issue

That thread does not make any sense to me - what am I supposed to do? We have brought a licence for the product - but I am trying to get it working locally so we can test it (https://localhost/). Am I supposed to set up an ''set up an exception for http://api.hostip.info/'' Where and how do I do this? S

  • Re: InsertImage and SSL

Thanks a lot, that took care of those problems. Now, however, we are getting sporadic errors when the insert image button is clicked. The error says that an uploading .resx file in the temp directory cannot be accessed. How are these files getting created? Is there a way to prevent this error?

  • Re: DNN ssl module causing editor to be disable

This is the solution : 1. Open the following file: CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Configuration/Shared/Common.config 2. Remove all the example code which points to CuteSoft site. For example, remove this:
CuteSoft

  • Re: Cross-browser AjaxUploader on SSL sites, causes error with FireFox & Chrome

I have reviewed that URL previously. Our web.config has: <httpRuntime executionTimeout=''45'' maxRequestLength=''2000000''/> And I don't have an applicationHost.config in the machine. We are running Windows Server 2003 R2. The file being uploaded is less than 100K, so the issue is not likely the size of the ...

  • Re: KB - Uploader recent changes , SSL,NTLM etc

Anzar, Sorry I misunderstand your previous post. You can try this : 1. create a virtual application under ''Default Website'' , named it ''myuploaderside'' , so it's http://localhost/myuploaderside , and http://127.0.0.1/myuploaderside 2. create empty /mywebsite/UploadService/Upload.aspx ...

  • Re: Cross-browser AjaxUploader on SSL sites, causes error with FireFox & Chrome

There is still an issue with users on Windows 7 systems, running Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome. We have the latest build: AjaxUploader 3.0 20090708. The upload works just fine on Internet Explorer. We are also running the DLL in an SSL encrypted site. Please advise. We get the same error: You are probably ...

  • Problems with Uploader using SSL on Mac (Safari and Firefox)

Hi again Terry Our client is having multiple problems uploading files on their Mac using Safari and Firefox. This works fine in my dev environment and the only difference is that on the production server we have SSL installed. Basically the upload gets to 99% and then hangs. Any suggestions? This is using the v3 ...

  • Does Live Support work over SSL port 443?

I was told that live support works over ssl however I am unable to get it work properly. I was wondering if anyone out there has been able to successfully gotten it to work. The server it's installed on doesn't have port 80 open for security reasons, it handles some payment processing and student applications to the college I work for. So far the ...

jonathanexact, I think Cute Editor can work with SLL offloading. But I suggest you need to test it in your own environment. Hope it helps. Keep me posted

  • Re: Problems with Uploader using SSL on Mac (Safari and Firefox)

P.S. This only seems to happen on a Mac in Safari and Firefox. Not in Firefox or IE7 on Windows. In Safari on Windows (which is another bug) I get the error message: ''File browsing dialog has been blocked''. Is there a way I can unblock that?
