All the dictionary files should go in your application bin folder.
The CuteEditor should automatically look for the dictionaries from your application bin folder.

great thanks! both my ClientName and Chat are virtual directories. What I ended up doing is taking my whole 'Chat' directory and deleting it.
I copied the CuteSoft_client folder into my site root
Copied the dll to my sites bin directory
and copied the embedchat.aspx file to my site.so now it is ...

I got this working, it required a new application pool (V4 Integrated Mode) and setting up a new domain for CuteEditor that made sure CuteEditor folders were in immediate root (in this case subdomain).

Hi Adam, There is no bin folder for the application, since it's a web part, which is deployed into the SharePoint MOSS. Therefor the AjaxUploader dll also should be deployed into the GAC, and then it can't find the lic file.
If you mean the projects bin folder, I've tried it and it doesn't help.
