Hi Yorkey, I've logged it. And will report to our development team. Once issue is resolved, I will keep you posted. If allow, please let your client install the Silverlight plug-in for the firefox browser. Then the uploader control will use the silverlight upload mode first. It should fix this error. Regards, Ken

Has this issue been resolved with regards to the flash, media and downloads? I seem to recall your answer in this post was that it was a known error and was being fixed, however I don't see that remark anymore.

Hi MattW, Please refer to http://www.cutesoft.net/forums/thread/50581.aspx, terry's topic. If you do not need to upload multiple files at one time, you can try set the UploadType=''IFrame''. Also, if you have installed the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in, it should work too. Regards, Ken

(To confirm it, please try this : Maybe the UI will be blocked even you click the 'Cancel' button on the file ...

The demo worked, but in downloading the files, I still get the same error. I noticed the CuteEditor.dll file is set at 4/24/2007. Does that need to be updated, or is it another file I need to download?

paulcreedy,
I think you found a bug. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please open
CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\InsertFlash.aspx
And change
InputFile.ValidateOption.MaxSizeKB=secset.MaxDocumentSize;
to:
InputFile.ValidateOption.MaxSizeKB=secset.MaxFlashSize;

Juan,
Did you set the uploader.TempDirectory ?
Can you set the web.contig , add the appSettings and try again ?
<add key=''CuteWebUI.AjaxUploader.TempDirectory'' value=''~/UploaderTemp'' />

1) Windows Server 2003/IE 8: gives “Flash: The upload task is interrupted! Io Error #2038” after 5 minutes approx.2) ...
... 44 ...
