Hi Matt, The silverlight upload mode will not get the ''Flash: the upload task is interupted io Error # 2038 ''. If still get the same error, it means that he install the silverlight plug-in not correct or you set the UploadType to Flash mode for the upload control. Regards, Ken

HI althafuddeen, 1. Upgrade to the latest version and try again. we are fixed some issue when uploader work with flash and use integrated authentication 2. If you use integrated authentication, I suggest yo try use Silverlight or Iframe mode for upload. Keep me posted Regards, ken

Hi Tux, Move the uploader control out of the ModalPopupExtender, does it work for your us clients? Does it got problem with the special file/size? Or randomly? What silverlight version your us client using? Regards, Ken

Hi Yorkey, I've logged it. And will report to our development team. Once issue is resolved, I will keep you posted. If allow, please let your client install the Silverlight plug-in for the firefox browser. Then the uploader control will use the silverlight upload mode first. It should fix this error. Regards, Ken
