  • Re: Medium Trust

Clarification. The note was in response to another note talking about a ''Security Exception'' when Trust=Medium.  The solution to that problem was to upgrade to the CuteEditor for ASP.Net 2.0.  My application will remain an ASP.Net 1.1 application for some time, so that solution will not work for me.   (I accidentally hit new ...

  • Errors in the Online ASP Demo ??

I notice that the tool tip names for both Insert Image controls are the same.  I also notice that the majority of controls have their tool tip names in Proper Case.  However ''Paste From word'' should therefore be ''Paste from Word''.  This inconsistency occurs several times.  Also the Outdent graphic remains one pixel lower ...

  • Question about default settings for dropdown

On your demo page, you have a dropdown list for links. I can highlight text, select a link and it inserts the hyperlink.   I can do that on my site, but there are two differences between the demo site and my site.   1) The hilighted text is replaced with the text I selected from the dropdown box (and the link is added) 2) The ...

  • Will a domain license do?

If you only need CuteEditor on 1 domain/subdomain (i.e. test.website.com), then a domain license $129 will do. 1 domain license allows 1 domain/subdomain (i.e. www.abc.com or test.abc.com) to be registered in the license file.   As long as you have a valid license (all official license are valid), localhost access is free. for ...

  • Licensing Info

I am looking at purchasing the Source Code License.1. Is the Licensing Info page the complete license?   The following statements seem to contradict themselves: Under Source Code License: ''...and is best for companies that plan to modify the control or simply wish to have access to the code for security reasons.'' Under 2. Copyright: ...

  • Re: Are you a hosting company?

Glad you've figured it out. 1 IP license and 1 Domain license for all these sites you mentioned sound cost effective. Let's start from there, if you feel you would've gone with a different license type later on, we can always upgrade. And in your case, you just need to pay the price difference as you've informed us your complicated situation ...

  • Re: Cute Editor 5.0 - DNN 3.1.1 - Toolbar Problem

Adam,   Thank you, it appears that solved the problem. My only other question regarding the upgrade, I assume that retaining my licence file from the previous release is proper, is that correct? Considering that I'm somewhat new to DotNetNuke, is there a way of determining if I am runing a trial licence or my purchased licence? I don't see ...
