Anyone else notice that it shows up as a bunch of users in Performance Monitor (add monitor of anonymous users).  Looks like it jumps up by 7 users when you log into the livesupport operator client...If it returns all the cookies properly (using the same ASPXSession cookie), it should show up as a single user to IIS/ASP.Net...

Anbaz,   You can just go head create your own dropdown text box. This has nothing to do with the Cute Editor.If you want to insert Html code when the people select the dropdown text box.You can use the JavaScript API, InsertHTML.
