For the small business license with the 10 domains - are the domains transferrable?  For example, if I use the control for a clients site, but if the client cancels the project at some point, can I transer the control to another domain (assuming I can verify the control has been removed from the other clients server-side code)?

Until then you can use CuteChat 2.1 and my modified CommunityServer pages, which you can download from http://www.woottonbassett.wilts.sch.uk/sgi/CuteChatforCS2.0beta3.zip - unzip the files so they replace the ones in Community Server 2.0.
