Hi,   That is a Flash/Silverlight object.   We move it to that position to make sure it could be loaded for all browsers.   For most cases, the Flash/Silverlight can be loaded very fast.   If you wait 10 secs , that means the object is not able to be load for some reasons.   Regards, Terry

Is it working for your flash/download files?  I just downloaded the controls again and it's still not working for anything other than the images?  It's also brings up an error when trying to view the Help files.
