Full Screen Mode in 5.1 deletes custom JavaScript

I have put some of my own JavaScript into the HTML section of the form. When switching to FullScreen mode and then returning to regular screen mode...my custom JavaScript was deleted. Is this a known bug?

NetSpell

I like to use Netspell to do the spell checking an additional text field within the same form as the cute Editor resides, Is this possible, if so can you provide me with some sample code and how I can do this.
