Figured this one out.  A problem with another form on the page was preventing the postback to occure correctly.  Nothing to do with DotNetGallery.   Thanks, Nicholas

 How to remove unneeded buttons    I need to remove Normal view button.  Also on “create link” form: Link, General and Style Builder buttons  On “Image Upload” form: Show path, Create new directory etc. Border size, Border color etc.
