One other thing.  When i try to connect with the software it says, Login Form return OK, but login failed!   I uploaded the CuteChat tables to SQL server and added the default username and password.

I have written to both sales and support over the last few days to have a domain license file changed from one domain to another but have recieved no reply. Please can someone contact me form cutesoft to resolve this issue. Kind regards

Is there any way to customize tha aplication, so the the livesupport form does not appear as popupwindow? I am trying to avoid the browsers popup blockers.
