Hi.   I have sub portals with differents users in that portals. I configured Chat OK and anonimous users chat Ok too. But when a User log in to the sub-portal Chat sends a message: ''Can't find account information''.   Is there any restriction to users form sub-portals domain?   Thanks   Juan

Recently purchased the editor and only have one issue:   I was able to recreate on the demo. When pasting form word, paragraphs are pasted with <p>  tags. Is there a way to change this to <div> instead?

When helpdesk is online, I want to show the form from SupportCustomer.aspx directly into my homepage instead of the chatbutton. This way users are more appealed to type in a question right away. How should I go ahead to achieve this behaviour?

I need to be able to access the word count on the client side to ensure my users have actually entered something in the control before the form is submitted.   Is there a method or property to do this?   Thanks, Becky

You are talking about a different issue. This is dealing with Request.Path and not Request.Form, and it is being created by the load.ashx logic in the CuteEditor.
