Is there bug with ' apostrophe ' use?

Hi, I bought CuteEditor for ASP and found that I can't save anything entered into the editor if an apostrophe is used. Quotes are fine, but a single apostrophe ' results in an error. tplatt, You don't need to use timer. You can use CuteEditor_OnChange event. It fires when the content of Cute Editor is changed. http://cutesoft.net/example/JavaScript-API.aspx

UTF-8 only for the use of "CuteEditor for Php" ?

Is it possible to use ''CE for Php'' on a administration page with a ''charset'' different than ''UTF-8'' ? CMS is developped for ''ISO8859-1'' and I have to configure wysiwyg in french ! It seems that it is OK for edited contents but not for the wysiwyg itself !
