I am pretty sure that the issue is in the server. I tested in Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari on various different computers. I agree as I've had this same problem. Even uploading a simple text file called ''SimpleText.txt'' doesn't work and gives me ''File name not supported''.   Let's hope they sort this out, I'm surprised many other people haven't flagged this.
