Nick,  We use the <li> tag to render to RichDropdown menu (for fast loading). So all the Richdropdown need be put into the toolbar group. Otherwise you will have the display problem.    

KiraScurro,   Please use this trial license file: Cute Chat and web messenger: Http://CuteSoft.net/download/chattemp.zip   For the configuration page, you can just leave it to default. When you need more control to your chat rooms, then work on the confirguration item one by one.   Keep me posted
