TheJuggalo,   When upgrading have you updated all the Cute Editor client files as well?   It looks like Cute Chat can't find ''/AgrimineDev/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Configuration/Security/default.config''.      

I just tried the dialogs. For example, if I open the emotion dialog, then I have no problems to close this dialog. If you click some where in the web page, the emotion dialog will hide. You can reopen this dialog by clicking the browser tab.

Hi mughal814,   It may causes by Anti Virus, but is hard to check if only happens on special pc. you can let them disable the firewall or the Anti Virus to try this.   Regards,   Ken 

Where is the customer service for this product? I have been the chat, forum and send 3 emails and have not heard anything about this issue.....   I would recommend to all of you out there looking for an editor, you find something else at this point, especially if you have mac clients... 

Hi IRHM73, We have provide the method to allow you get the file guid and the file name, I think you need to  write your own logic to save the info into your server. Regards, Ken 

I'm getting a similar issue. We're using CuteEditor in a section of our site that is password-protected. I'm getting the same exact error detailed in this thread from the .NET forum.  Is there a fix for the ASP Classic version of CuteEditor? I couldn't find anything that looked similar.

Adam,   Sorry...the ~  didn't make any difference.   Any other ideas.  Does the editor generate its own thumbnails or does it rely on the thumbnails file from Windows XP....   Cheers Mike
