I just realized user is using IE 11 on Win 7 and I have IE 11 on Win 8.1   I just tested using Chrome in it works fine!   Switching to Chrome! 

Thank you for that pointer - the whatsmyuseragent site identified the fact that they had Chrome Frame installed, unbeknownst to them.  We uninstalled that, and everything is working.   Thanks for your help!   Dave

Thanks for the advice - the button issue is resolved.  For the second issue, I'd like to avoid coding an entirely new progress panel, so is there a way to just change the timing of when the progress panel disappears, or is creating a whole new panel the only solution to change that one attribute?

Thanks but I did follow step 2. I know for sure the app is in integrated mode under IIS7 but I tried both configurations anyhow. The client computer has Flash and SilverLight. Every time I get the error message. Why do I get the ''Domain not found.'' message when I try to access CuteWebUI.AjaxUploader.ashx?
