I found that starting a document with the <script> tag erased whatever I put in there up to any text that was on the page.  I have found that putting some text at the beginning usually works for not deleting the scripts.  Place the script & style sheets at the end or middle of the document

Hi!   I just noticed something else that may help you solve this issue... If I click the ''Left Justify'' button, I lose all of the formatting... (ie. font changes, font size changes), BUT I can select the link colour!   Hope that helps!  Looking forward to solving this issue so we can use IE!   Thanks! Ilana
