Hi wolf11th, It is the firefox bug. I suggest you do not upgrade from a old firefox version. please uninstall the old version of firefox and download the version 4 to re-install it and try again. Regards, Ken

By resizing the width of the column and then moving the bottom scroll bar works for most of the chat transcripts.  But unfortunately I notice that with many of the lengthy messages, the content is still being cut off. 

Adam, I managed to remove the Upload button as instructed by you in the Configuration/Security section, however I wish to remove the whole upload panel, not to mislead the users.   Is there a possibility to do that?   Thanks    

Adam:   Also, it seems that if the string is relatively short, it saves and renders correctly.  But, if the string is long, we have our problem.  I am trying to determine the specific length where the problem occurs.   Jeff
