We have version 5.0.  We would like to be able to permit an Admin or perhaps an operator to be Abel to download transcripts for local storage.   How would one go about this?   Thanks

Was it fixed in some later version fo cute editor ? as i am using 6.0 and it does work if i type anything like [viewonline]  in hyper link popup window it just give me empty anchor tag. or if you can guide me to check any particular file for this issue

Hi.   That's not the license issue.   The server check the IP of the user.   Maybe the user's network has reseted while chatting.   Do you always get such problem ? or only once ?   Regards , Terry .

paulocosta :   You are using code for DNN . If you do not using DNN , that code can not work for you .   UsersDB is a DotNetNuke user db class . So you need rewrite that  code .   Regards , Terry .
