I'm having the same issue. The behavior is not normal given that the ''Browse'' button does NOTHING at all when clicked even after the page fully loads.
What I found is that if I disable the Silverlight plug-in, the ''Browse'' button works. I have:
Firefox 3.6.4 (but it happens in 3.6.3 as well)

Yup, i was wondering why it didn't work for me too, because i've followed the manual and there was nothing about changing uploaderType there.

Hello, I have a client who is using a Mac with Google Chrome and is experiencing the following error when she clicks on ''Browse'' I had her go to http://ajaxupload/demo/fulltext.aspx and every option worked successfully with the exception of the SilverLight option which experienced the same error.

Hi AlexisMC, The filter only work with silverlight and flash upload mode. In IFrame mode, the user still can see all the file types, but once you select the file, the control will tell you do not allow to upload it. Regards, Ken

Hope you can test it in a simple environment, not in your project.
And then try the args.Delete();
If it works for simple environment, that means there maybe something special which prevent the uploader release the temp file.
If it's a bug of AjaxUploader , we will fix it.

The newest version which was released yestoday now support this feature.
Please download it and try again.
For silverlight it will try to resume the uploading automatically.
For Flash mode , you need set the FlashLoadMode to true , but this is not good for large files.

My users of the Ajaxupload control do many uploads per day. Any way the file-choose dialog can "remember" their favourite location, or I can set that somehow (if I saved it in the system somewhere) ?
I think most would be using the Silverlight version as far as I'm aware.
