Sachin,   First this forum is for cute editor asp version instead of .net version.   Second, can you create a very simple project showing the problem and send it to Adam@cutesoft.net and Terry@cutesoft.net?      

I've recived only now the information by the provider..   The actual version on the server of the vbscripting engine is 5.1.0.7426.   So, it is possible to use Cute Editor for ASP?   Thanks.  

Makolyte,   Please check your file structure and make sure cuteeditor.lic does exisit in your project bin folder.   Another option is you can copy cuteeditor.lic to the bin folder of the root.   Keep me posted
