Thanks again Adam.  My localhost is on Windows but my live site is on Linux  so I'll avoid gethostbyaddr().   Just for your info, I checked with Microsoft and they recommend getnameinfo() over gethostbyaddr()

I do know how to handle the error; however, that does not solve the problem. Your code interrupts the  normal Application Life Cycle and it should make sure the normal life cycle is at least initialized.  Also, you should document the fact that you are doing so.

abimage:it is bizaar, so what happened exactly when using the image editor c# in those browsers. at this situation, the image zooming feature will not display in other browsers like Safara, Firefox, Opera and toher web browsers except IE. if you need this function, you can chang your browser to IE.

I'd be very interested in knowing the steps needed to allow the users to view the number of chat room members prior to release 3 coming out... this is one of my users top remarks and would be good to give them something to keep them happy providing it's fairly easy for me to do!   Cheers Dave

The PROBLEM is, once u copy and paste certain length of text into the editor, you can't submit the form.........   Please refer to the email I send to you last saturday for the URL to test it out yourself.
