Rather than using the CuteEditor_Files folder, I renamed it to cute. I updated my file path to include the correct directory. I get all the images on the buttons, its just when I click them that I get the javascript error.

Adam, do you have an example to call your own dialog? Isn't it possible to call a javascript method and put the url to the image in backround image text box? I've tried to redirect to my own dialog in selectfile.aspx but not with any good result :(

I've managed to hide html row in javascript. This way some part of tool bar are remove like the way i wanted it. It's not pretty but it works fine, just have to set my .config file correctly to hide the proper row.   Thanks anyway!
