  • Problem with Image Uploading

Hi,   I am facing a problem while uploading images with Cute Editor. Whenever I upload an image the "Uploading..." text does not go away. But if I close the window and then again try to upload the image, the image that I was uploading earlier is there. The "uploading..." text remains there all ...

  • Image Manager and Editor caching deleted images

Hi All -   It looks like the preview window in the Image Manager and the content area for the Editor are holding on to deleted images.  Specifically, I upload file image001.jpg and insert it into my page.  I then decide I want a different image001.jpg so I delete the first one that has been uploaded and I ...

  • Image not refreshed when uploading new version of image

I am using the latest version of CuteEditor for .net and DNN 3.1.0.  If I upload an image using the Insert Image or Downloadable Files window and then insert the image, everything works fine. If I delete the image using the Insert Image or Downloadable Files window and then upload a new version of the image, CuteEditor keeps using the old ...

  • Re: Uploading media files

This is a server-related limitation. IIS6.0 prevent the upload of files more than +200Kb. So you need to make some changes in the default IIS settings first. The solution is here: IIS 6.0 (Windows 2003) has a file named metabase.xml which resides in the C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv folder. Navigate to that directory and edit the file. Search ...

  • Re: Question regarding image properties.

Since you cannot change the small menu icons I found (a simple) way to customize all the menu button (a work around). I use the gallery control to enable many dynamic photo galleries for user of my site.  So I only allow the administrators the ability to use any of the Menu items (and it all has to self manage dynamically).  But I ...

  • Re: No Request Files

Sorry for the long response time. Things got very busy and pulled me away from this project temporarily.  While watching the available server memory(via task manager) during a flash upload, the amount bounces back and forth (as I would expect it to) while maintaining approx. the same amount of available memory.  The main thing ...
