I am trying to evaluate your upload control, and have the samples running locally including the Advanced ones with the database, but when I select files in any of the samples I can upload them, but I get no progress indicator.  I have spent some time reading the forum threads looking for a possible solution, any ideas?  I have flash ...

  • Re: The uploader freezes IE7 when 500 files are selected.

Hi,   To select multiple files in a same directory , the browser requires the Flash/Silverlight .   Please try this sample:     <%@ Page Language=''C#'' Title=''Uploading multiple files like GMail'' %> <script runat=''server''>     void InsertMsg(string ...

  • Re: Silverlight: The upload task is interupted on Windows 7 & IIS7

johansec,   We have tested 64bit IIS7 server. It works fine in our side.   Can you try disabling siliverlight then try again?   uploader.SetAdvancedOption(UploaderAdvancedOption.NoSilverlight, ''true'');   Keep me posted

  • Re: Unable to select multiple files

Yes I can.   I downloaded demo files and tried the example in server where there is no flash or silverlight installed. I worked fine (i was able to select multi-files) but when integrated with Sharepoint if failed.   Let me try in another server with Windows server 2008 .

  • Re: Upload photo to database?

We have still not managed to get this working.   For all larger files (small files work in all modes) :   - In silverlight mode, uploads go up without error but are corrupted. - In flash mode, get the message ''unable to find the file in custom provider'' - In iframe mode get message 'cannot access uploadtemp' ...

  • Re: Unable to Find Uploaded file in directory (sometimes)

I've configured a network share to host the temp files and setup the project with your above recommendations.  Everything is working as expected except when Silverlight is disabled and Flash is enabled in both IE7 and FF (which is the original problem).  Under these conditions, when I click the button that launches the open dialog, ...

  • Re: "UploadModule is not installed into web.config" Error not allowing multiple file selection via Flash file open dialog

Thanks but I did follow step 2. I know for sure the app is in integrated mode under IIS7 but I tried both configurations anyhow. The client computer has Flash and SilverLight. Every time I get the error message. Why do I get the ''Domain not found.'' message when I try to access CuteWebUI.AjaxUploader.ashx?

  • Re: Upload not working

Hi,   Currently Flash-plugin is not support your case.   If the browsers installed Flash, the Uploader would try to use Flash to upload,   And then the Flash would prompt the username/password.   We already provide a method to just disabled the Flash mode ...

  • Re: Unable to Find Uploaded file in directory (sometimes)

You're right, my mistake.  I'm getting confused with all the tests I've been running. I have found the cause behind my problem.  To recap, the open dialog does not appear with Flash enabled and Silverlight disabled.  I've found that if I remove the ValidateOption tag (see markup in my first post) that specifies the file types ...

gnuzim, We have a client who had the same problem before.  He found out it's cause by AVG anti-virus and the UploadType is set to Silverlight. Here is the thread: http://cutesoft.net/forums/permalink/72833/67748/ShowThread.aspx#67748 Hope it helps.
