Re: SecurityPolicyFile : /CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Configuration/Security/default.config not found
After some troubleshooting, I realized that this error is not caused by the version of the .NET Framework. It occurs if cuteeditor is run from a sub folder within the virtual directory. The solution seems to be to set the 'FilesPath' property to '
CuteSoft_Client
/CuteEditor/'. Once this is property is set, the editor can be run ...

Can I place CuteSoft_Client folder in just one location to be referenced by all my asp.NET applications during development
At present I put '
CuteSoft_Client
' folder within each application (thus a lot of duplication). If my web applications are being developed in 'vs2008/websites'can I set up 'vs2008/websites/
CuteSoft_Client
' so that eventually my application web page(s) 'vs2008/websites/MyTestSite/default.aspx' can have an editor that uses all the resources in ...

Re: 'CuteEditor.Impl.SecuritySetting' does not contain a definition for 'VerifyInDirectory' D:\Inetpub\OMP\OMP.Web\CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\outereditorfull.aspx
smacce, I think you used an old DLL when recompiling your project. Please follow the steps beflow. 1. Downlaod the latest build from http://cutesoft.net/downloads/default.aspx 2. How to avoid CuteSoft_Client folder from being built on every Web Site build?
It is very annoying for me having to wait until the build process finishes building every single
Cutesoft_Client
subfolder (which are a lot). I tried placing
CuteSoft_Client
folder outside my app folder and then setting a virtual directory on IIS, but that didn't solve the problem: VS2005 stills rebuilds the entire ''virtual directory'' ...

Re: Folder Structure (CuteSoft_Client in parent application)
Tried it and that didn't work. I did get it to work by creating a vdir named '
CuteSoft_Client
' at the child folder level (with the physical path pointing to /BusinessDesk/
CuteSoft_Client
) and that worked (did not need to set the FilesPath or the SecurityPolicyFile path either). Thanks for following up anyway though.

Re: FIREFOX - CHANGE FONT ON SELECTION (TWICE)
Confirmed - files released on 1/25 fix this issue: This is the meat of the changes from 1/19/2008 to 1/25/2008 in the Framework 2.0 directory:

Re: Problem with CuteSoft_Client folder
Dominic, It's strange. In your situation, you can just simply copy the
CuteSoft_Client
Directory into your web root. Cute Editor will find the
CuteSoft_Client
Directory in the c:\MyApp automatically. It looks like your configuration is correct. Is the site online so can you send its URL through PM?
