In my code for some reason I performed a SetHTML(''); then SetHTML(content); and that caused it to jump to the field.   I've taken the blank SetHTML out and it work's properly.      In your example if you SetHTML with blank input, it gives the control focus.

It seems the default behaviour of CuteEditor is to focus after calling SetHTML.  In my application I am loading information from the database that has previously been entered, but they have a long form to fill out.  The SetHTML is called on page load, but for some reason the editor still commands focus.   I have set the focus ...

I figured it out.  I needed to create a CoachFlex.xml file in the ContextMenuMode folder inside of Configuration.  Once I copied Simple.xml and renamed it to CoachFlex.xml everything started working.   Thanks, -David

I've done some testing if I comment out, $cEditor->AutoConfigure = ''CoachFlex''; then I get no errors.  When I put it in I get errors.   Can someone tell me how I can crete a custom bar?  I thought I did it properly.
