    Thank you Admin I did read that in the Install doc.&nbsp; However, I thought because it was on the same server / websever it would not be considered a&nbsp;cross domain in the same domain mydomain.com but two sub chat.mydomain.com with scripts on www.mydomain.com.&nbsp; It did fix the issue. &nbsp; &nbsp;

  • Publish aspx file displays an error in IE 7.0

    &nbsp; After publishing the two js.aspx files on the Support site page IE reports the following&nbsp;warring which appears to be comming from suopprt-visitor-monitor.js.aspx page.&nbsp; &nbsp; Line: 232 Char 2 Error Access is denied &nbsp; &nbsp;Does anyone know why?

    Terry; &nbsp; Thank you for the reply; I did try your solution but it did not work.&nbsp; I believe the real issue is the two webservers are not on the same domain or host providers for that matter.&nbsp; The hard way to solve this is to setup a IPSEC or&nbsp;or authentication&nbsp;to allow the asp script to run&nbsp;on the external web ...
