 I have been able to resolve this issue. The problem was in my code where I was not adding a new line char while writing to the output file line by line. Thanks for your help Adam.

 This is now working as required. I had to look at the saved file to notice that the hostname path has been deleted. One improvement that can be done to the software is if the property is set, do not display it even when you click on the HTML tab to view code. I would like the editor to preserve white space chars as it becomes difficult to debug content with a big single line with all the html tags and content within it. How do you preserve white space as also new line chars for line breaks. Thanks in advance.
