MoveTo and file.Delete don't work for some time after upload

Upload button on insert image page requires user to login
I have an installation of an app with CuteEditor in it and at this installation when the user tries to insert an image and upload the image as soon as the user click's the upload button he is presented with a windows login dialog. I'm not sure what is requiring the credentials. Any ideas?

Upload button not working
Hi, We have your dotnet Gallery which has been working fine, just installed it on a IIS7 server and the upload button does not work. When you click on it nothing happens. The new category does work however. Any ideas what the problem might be? Daniel

Prevent admin cosole to upload into default category
Is there way how to prevent admin console for dowloading files until a category is selected? When the Admin console is opened, no category is selected and files are uploaded into default category. The best solution I'd like would be to disable the ''Upload files'' button untill some category is selected.

Hello Eric, I read that, and managed to get a layout similar to what I need. There is still one (hopefully) last issue though. If you choose only one single file to upload, and hit the upload button, the queue table disappears completely during the upload, and appears again when the upload finishes, showing the the green checkmark ...
