Lakshmi, Do you mean you can't see the toolbar button images or the images in the dialogs?  Have you ever seen the images in the editor?  have you made changes to the editor configuration recently?

I need to add a button for spell checking. I can't use ieSpell because I'll have FF users. I can add a new button with no problems, but it is always at the end of the last row of buttons. Is there a way to add a custom button at another point in the toolbar? Thanks, Shon
