Sal, The upload function can be replaced if you can find a better upload control. Right now it uses http upload. It will be slow when you upload large files.

Re: You are probably hitting the file upload limit of IIS7.By default in IIS 7 requestFiltering has the MaxAllowedContentLength property enabled.It specifies, in bytes, the maximum length of the content in a request. The default is 30MB.

Hi, Both the Flash and Silverlight do not provide the full path of the file. For IFrame mode , you can use item._internaltask.file1.value to get it. the item is from the QueueUI, TaskStart,TaskError,TaskComplete event. Regards, Terry

SLTDon, I am using IE 7 as well. IE 7 is the first browser when we test AjaxUploader. Can you clear the browser cache and try again? Can you provide more information? Can you send us a screenshot showing the problems?

This File Transfer feature is available in the Cute Web Messenger right now. For the general chat, we don't think it's a good idea to allow uploading files. The developer guide is inclued in the download zip fle.

I'm trying to upload a large flv file and getting an error that it is too big. I've altered the filesize in the config but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
