What files do I need to change / edit inorder to use custom images and a larger size for the toolbar buttons?

  I verified that with the latest Cute Editor release: you can not insert a hyperlink using the option ''Insert Hyperlink'' in the toolbar. This error is verified in safari 2. Very grateful for your attention.

Thx. The youtube button now is appear on the toolbar and works nice.   If we want to add the google adsense button by own, what coding should we apply to it?
