Issue resolved... I stuck the UploadAttachments control inside its own update panel and now my javascript built queue sticks around after the files have finished uploading.

This issue is fixed. Please download the latest build.   Open CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Scripts\Constant.js and modify the following code:   editorconstant.ToggleBorderStyle='1px dotted #000000';
